Because intellectual property cannot be "returned" once viewed or downloaded, no refunds, partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or charge-reversals will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Single-User License and Anti-Piracy Restrictions
> Your subscription purchases a single-user, non-transferable license to view our equity research for individual educational or retail investment purposes. You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, emailing, reselling, or sharing your login credentials or downloaded PDF reports with any third parties or public forums.
> Unauthorized distribution constitutes a breach of contract and intellectual property theft, resulting in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal liability.
3. Subscription Cancellation
> You maintain complete control over your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your user portal and selecting "Manage Subscription." If you cancel, your access will remain active until the exact end of your current paid billing cycle, after which your account will automatically deactivate and no further charges will occur.
4. Chargeback Abuse Policy
> Securing financial research and subsequently filing a dispute or chargeback with your banking institution claiming "unauthorized charge" or "service not delivered" when log-in records prove otherwise will be treated as fraudulent activity. We actively log user account activity, IP addresses, and download timestamps. This data will be aggressively submitted to credit card companies and merchant networks to contest fraudulent disputes.
